Terms of Service
In effect during the open beta. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
Open beta, provided "as is"
The service is offered during an open beta period and is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
Credits
Each caption generation uses credits from your account (currently 1 credit per generation, plus 0.5 if you request an English translation), on the web and the API alike. If the translation can't be produced, its surcharge is refunded. You receive free credits when you sign up. Prices, the amount of free credits and the cost per generation may change during the beta.
API
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage made with them. If you believe a key has leaked, revoke it from your account. We may rate-limit requests or suspend keys used abusively.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate illegal or hateful content, or content that harasses or incites harassment of people or groups. Violations may lead to suspension of your account.
No warranty on results
We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality or suitability of generated captions or their translations. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, during the beta.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
